    We begin with one main setting, then plan the pace around light and walking distance.

    For proposals or civil ceremonies, we also confirm discretion, ceremony timing and important groups.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Clear before you book.

How do the edited gallery and retouched images differ?

The colour-corrected JPEG gallery receives overall colour and basic adjustments, ready to revisit the story and choose your favourites. Retouched images receive individual work on skin, local light, colour and composition. Delivery is in JPEGs and digital film scans, not RAW files.

When will we receive our photographs?

Gallery, selection, retouching and video milestones are set out in writing before booking. Gallery delivery and your confirmed selection begin different stages; the dates are agreed around your service and shoot.

Can we add more retouched images?

Additional retouching is £25 per image, or £200 for ten. We agree the images and cost before the additional work begins.

What if our plans or the weather change?

Please request a date change in writing at least 14 days ahead, subject to availability. One complimentary date change excludes additional travel and accommodation. For ordinary rain we use a wet-weather route; unsafe weather and changes closer to the date follow the terms agreed when booking.
